eHealth has excellent potential for building the medicine of tomorrow, offering a better quality of care, better service to the patient, more control for the patient and growing availability of high-quality data.
For both a Belgian and a foreign company with offerings in distinct therapy areas, we mapped the reimbursement and payment process and identified challenges and opportunities to guide commercial approach. Specifically, the most advanced digital therapeutics were analysed with a focus on the integration in care paths and the commercial/financial models and options. Concrete recommendations were made how to tackle and prioritize the Belgian market.
Also, AxTalis was instrumental in designing and implementing the legal and compliance framework for the collaboration between a leading Belgian mHealth company and a top-5 pharmaceutical company.
